Coming off a 2025 in which the French hotel giant saw its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization rise by 13% and its revenue per available room by 4.2%, including a 7% increase in the fourth quarter, Accor is transforming its business model by preparing to sell its stake in Essendi, formerly AccorInvest, to Blackstone and Colony IM.
