Investment Buy at 900 Lane Ave; Owner/User Moves to 10025 Mesa Rim Road

San Diego-based Investcal Realty Corp. purchased the 18,782-square-foot office building located at 900 Lane Ave. in Chula Vista, CA. The 16-year-old facility, which is located within the Eastlake Business Center, was purchased for approximately $2.625 million, nearly $140 per square foot. The property was 100% leased at the time of sale and was purchased at an approximate 9% cap rate.
