Washington Mutual signed a five-year lease for a 16,164-square-foot portion of the second floor at the Rio San Diego Plaza, located at 8954 Rio San Diego Drive in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. The lease was valued at $2.337 million, or $2.40 per square foot per month. Washington Mutual already occupies a portion of the first and the third floors within the six-story, 189,715-square-foot, Class-A office building.
