The former 3M building, 2201 Green Lane in Bristol, PA, sold for $4.3 million, approximately $11.47 per square foot, to finish out the year in 2002. The property consists of 345,000 square feet of warehouse space and 30,000 square feet of built out office space, and sits on 82 acres. Building features include 18'-26' ceiling heights, two drive-in bays (14'x12'), 25 loading docks, heavy power, a fenced lot, rail service and sprinkler systems throughout. Tower Properties purchased the facility from 2201 Green Lane Associates with the intention to redevelop the site. Andrew McGhee and James Scott of Colliers L &A brokered the deal for the sellers.
