Brickyard on Mill Sells for $29.5M

Mixed-Use Property Sells in Phoenix

BYPG Holdings LLC purchased the six-story, Class-A building located at 699 South Mill Ave. in Phoenix. Known as the Brickyard on Mill, the mixed-use property consists of both office and retail space totaling 203,072 square feet. The retail portion comprises the bottom two floors, totals 95,096 square feet and was 42% occupied at the time of sale. The office portion consists of the top four floors, totals 107,976 square feet and was 5% occupied at the time of sale. The property sold for $29.5 million, a little over $145.25 per square foot. Bob Burnand of Insignia/ESG represented both the buyer and the seller, Brickyard Properties LLC, in the transaction, which was an REO sale.
