Economy Warehouse & Distribution leased 129,960 square feet of industrial space at 71st Ave. and Van Buren St. in Phoenix, AZ. The lease transaction is valued at $3.5 million over the 10-year lease term. The building is a 552,000-square-foot industrial building scheduled to be completed in summer 2003. Economy is scheduled to occupy the building in October 2003. The property features heavy power, 30' clear height, 80 dock doors and 12 drive-in bays. Doug Barkdull represented the landlord, Buzz Oates Enterprise, in-house. Bo Mills, Mark Detmer and Justin Carlson of Trammell Crow Company represented the tenant in the deal.
