SANT Properties, an investor, purchased 9300-9400 Ashton Road in Philadelphia for $7.2 million, $10.67 per square foot. The 675,000-square-foot industrial manufacturing/warehouse facility has unlimited tailgate loading possibilities, up to 24' ceiling heights, sprinkler fire protection, heavy power distribution, and more than 100,000 square feet of air-conditioned office space. SANT Properties purchased the property from Crown Cork & Seal with plans to redevelop it into a multi-unit condominium building. Richard Gorodesky, Andy McGhee, and Larry Bergen of Colliers L & A brokered the transaction for both sides.
