Machol & Johannes P.C., a law firm, signed a lease at 600 17th St. in Denver, CO. The 13,221-square-foot office lease was scheduled to take effect at the beginning of February. The 571,460-square-foot building consists of two towers; the North tower with 19 stories and the South tower with 28 stories, both of which are better known as Dominion Plaza. It is located in the core of Denver's financial district near numerous retail, restaurant, and hotel amenities nearby. Joy Colburn, Joseph Cantalamesa, and Kevin Foley represented the owner, Equity Office, in-house. Todd Roebken of CRESA Partners represented Machol & Johannes P.C.
