The Insignia/ESG office currently located at 6800 Jericho Turnpike in Syosset will be relocating to Woodbury, NY. Insignia is currently occupying about 4,000 square feet in the two-story, 209,000-square foot building owned by Reckson Associates Realty Corp. Insignia will be occupying 8,300 square feet of space at 88 Froehlich Farm Blvd., a four-story, 103,000-square foot building. The move is scheduled for sometime during this first quarter of 2003.
