Stephen Goldstein, former senior executive vice president, was named vice chairman of the Mid-Atlantic Region at Julien J. Studley Inc. In this capacity, Goldstein is responsible for the over-sight of the firm’s regional operations and is involved in setting the company’s strategic direction. He remains a member of Studley’s executive committee and board of directors. He also continues in his role as co-branch manager of the Washington, D.C. office of Studley. Since joining Studley in 1972, Steve has focused on providing real estate services to major tenants throughout the U.S. and closed transactions totaling in excess of seven million square feet of space. He has represented some of the Washington area’s most prominent companies and law firms including Wilmer Cutler & Pickering, Albritton Communications, RAND Corp., Crowell & Moring, the National Food Processors Association, and Danaher Corp.
