In a transaction that spanned three state lines, Triple Net Properties LLC purchased the 330,000-square-foot retail center at I-94 and Highway 83 in Bismarck, ND, for $9 million, or about $27.27 per square foot. It sold at an approximate cap rate of 12.5 %. The center, known as Gateway Mall, features Sears, St. Alexius Medical Center, and Osco Drugs, along with many other retail tenants.
