Spring Valley Retail Goes for $3.1M

The Berdeski Family Trust purchased the retail center located at 8300 Paradise Valley Road in Spring Valley, CA, for $3.1 million. The 34,505-square-foot property, purchased for approximately $90 per square foot, was built in 1980 on a 2.78-acre parcel. The property is leased to a variety of retail tenants, including a beauty supply store, a hardware store, and numerous eateries such as Pizza Hut. The buyer represented itself in the transaction. Joyce Castille of Prudential California Realty represented the seller, the Chin Lee Group Inc.
