Acquires Industrial Park for $47.5 Million

Keystone Property Trust acquired, from a private investor, the Capital Business Center Industrial Park in Middletown, PA, just outside of Harrisburg. The deal involved six buildings, ranging in size from 115,000 to 490,000 square feet, totaling over 1.6 million square feet. The park sold for $47.5 million or just over $29.6 per square foot.
