Continental Trophies Inc. purchased the 26,550-square-foot industrial warehouse building located at 15500 West 109th St. in Lenexa, KS. Jan. 30, 2003 marked the transfer of ownership from 5M Limited LP. The building features two loading docks, one drive-in bay and 20' ceiling height. Kessinger/Hunter & Co. LC represented both parties in the sale. Paul Fogel represented John L. & Linda O. Calcote of Continental Trophies. Dan Jensen represented 5M Limited. The asking price for the building was $1.3 million.
