Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Francisco Purchases 385 Fremont St. for $2M

The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Francisco purchased 385 Fremont St. in San Francisco, CA. Total consideration for the deal was $2 million, or $129.87 per square foot. The archdiocese paid all cash for the 15,400-square-foot property, which was on the market for four months. Ron Calson of RC & Associates in Millbrae represented the buyer. Richard Kales of Ritchie Commercial in downtown San Francisco represented the seller, Joy Investments.
