Jamison Properties purchased 3348-3550 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles for $14.4 million, or approximately $71 per square foot. The 12-story, 200,000-square-foot office building was built in 1960 and renovated in 1999. It offers a prime Wilshire Center location, covered parking, exercise facilities, food service and on-site management. John Anthony, Janet Neman, and Dan Cherrie of the Charles Dunn Co. represented Jamison Properties as well as the seller, Albion Pacific Properties.
