Foster Ash LP (c/o Foster Investment Corp.) purchased the 39,170-square-foot industrial building located at 2470 Ash St. in Vista, CA. The single-tenant industrial facility was 100% vacant at the time of the transaction. The buyer agreed to purchased the property for approximately $2.525 million, nearly $64.50 per square foot.
