World's Largest Landcare Company Signs New Lease

TruGreen ChemLawn leased 20,214 square feet of space at 5605 Florida Mining Blvd. in Jacksonville. The 33,756-square-foot building, which was constructed last year, is located in the Florida Mining Industrial Center. The building features outside security lighting, 10 drive-in bays, 33' by 50' column spacing and a ceiling height that ranges from 22 feet to 24 feet. TruGreen ChemLawn is the largest lawn and land care company in the world. Robert Selton III and Bart Hinson of Colliers-Dickerson negotiated this transaction on behalf of the owner, Group IV Properties.
