Triad Communications plans to occupy a portion of the building. Richard Naing, Andy Stape and Leo McDermott of CB Richard Ellis' Private Client Group represented the seller, SMR Investment LLC. The property is an 8-story, 20,525-square-foot office building located in the heart of the CBD.
