SunCorp Corporate Credit Union leased the entire 5th floor comprising 29,057 square feet of Class-A office space at 11080 CirclePoint Blvd. in Broomfield, CO. The 10-year lease, with a scheduled move-in date of February 2003, was signed in Two CirclePoint in the CirclePoint Corporate Center. The 5-story, 150,373-square-foot office building was completed in November 2001. Chuck Kenney of CRESA Partners, who along with colleague David Welker represented SunCorp in the deal, said, "It was a superb deal. It's a wonderful time to be a tenant in Denver." Frank Kelley and Doug Bakke of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Catellus Development Corp.
