Oxford Village Gets Renaissance Touch

Renaissance Investments LLC purchased the 40-unit Oxford Village Apartments at 2911 Seymour Lake Road in Oxford, MI. Oxford Village LLC sold the property for $1.535 million, or approximately $38,375 per unit with an 8.02 percent cap rate. The garden-style complex consists of five buildings that total 24,300 square feet and spread across 3.84 acres. Greg Coulter of Income Property Organization LLC represented the buyer and the seller.
