John Deere Landscapes Leases New Branch at Tower Street Business Park

John Deere Landscapes leased 10,000 square feet at 34 Tower St. in the Tower Street Business Park. The wholesale distributor of irrigation supplies will relocate from its other Hudson, MA, location later this month. Built in 1940, this brick and glass, 185,000-square-foot industrial building features one 20-ton crane and several smaller ones, ceilings up to 35 feet, and an oil-steamed heating system. The building also has eight docks and eight drive-in bays to service its tenants, and 20-foot by 20-foot columns. Eric O'Brien of O'Brien Commercial Properties represented both the landlord, Stella Realty Trust, and the tenant.
