Kushner Cos. finalized the purchased of two, 3-story office buildings totaling 151,530 square feet at the Vreeland Office Center in Florham Park, NJ, from Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The acquisition is valued at approximately $19 million or $125 per square foot. The two-building complex is comprised of a 75,968-square-foot building and a 75,562-square-foot building located at 30 Vreeland Road. The buildings adjoin the Columbia Corporate Center where Kushner also owns and manages three office buildings totaling 251,355 square feet. Richard Stadtmauer, managing partner and vice chairman of the Kushner Cos., called the acquisition a "natural extension of our existing campus" and said both buildings are fully leased to a mix of tenants including, AT&T, Louis Berger Group, Briad Corp., Human Resource Management and Danzig, Ganubo & Kay.
