The Jewish Community Day School leased 43,200 square feet of space at 57 Stanley Ave. in Watertown, MA, for a 10-year term. In what was formerly a school turned industrial building, the new tenants will be converting this building back into a school, by the beginning of the next school year. The building measures 43,200 square feet on a single level and is situated on 23.36 acres of land. John McDonough of Grubb & Ellis assisted C & K Components out of its lease so the Jewish Community Day School could sign a direct lease with the landlord. Warren Brown of Boston Commercial Properties Inc. represented the tenant, while Cary Tarpinian represented his company, Saracen Development, in the deal.
