A trio of senior commercial property agents have launched Albany, a real estate practice specialising in office investment, development, leasing and occupier services across London and the UK market.
Sam Arghebant, Brad Sharp and Joshua Milan, specialists in investment and development, leasing and occupier work, have founded the company and are partners.
Arghebant joins from Robert Irving Burns where he was head of commercial transactions, Sharp joins from TSP where he focused on agency and investment, and Milan joins from Metrus, where he was director of investments.
Previous clients of the trio include CBRE Investment Management, Tri7, DTZ Investors, TOG and Fabrix.
Arghebant said: "Individually, we have built a strong reputation as trusted advisers in the market, with over 30 years’ experience in real estate, and now is the right time to work together under the Albany brand."
The trio said that launching a multi-disciplined agency at a point in the market where there is uncertainty, will breed opportunities. "Clients are now ever more reliant on the knowledge and expertise of their adviser, and we are delighted to be already working on some exciting projects," Arghebant added.
