JDS Companies purchased the industrial property located at 60 East Spring St. in Columbus for $1.6 million, $28.07 per square foot. The 57,000-square-foot industrial building will be demolished and a 60-unit multifamily project will be constructed. The redevelopment of the property is expected to begin this summer. Donald Feibel of Feibel Realty Co. represented the seller, Mandy's Investments Inc., and the buyer, JDS Companies.
