UW Moves to The Plaza

University Leases 7,451 SF in Plaza at Yarrow Bay

The University of Washington MBA Program leased 7,451 square feet of office space in Building 1 of Plaza at Yarrow Bay. The university will use the space for both administrative and night classroom purposes. Building 1 is a 3-story, 48,486-square-foot, Class-A office building located at 10220 Northeast Points Drive in Kirkland. It is one of four buildings in the park. Laura Ford and Brian Hatcher of Insignia Kidder Mathews represented the owner, HAL Real Estate Investments, and the tenant, UW's Board of Regents.
