206 Union Square Purchased, Plans to Convert to NY Deli

An independent owner purchased 206 Union Square for $170,000. This 6,000-square-foot office building will be converted to a live/work space. The second floor will be a residential unit; the first floor will be converted into a New York Style Deli; and the basement used for storage purposes. The Catawba County building is located in Hickory, NC. Jason Richardson of Commercial First Real Estate brokered the transaction.
