The Theatrical Grill Restaurant building, located at 711-715 Vincent Ave. in downtown Cleveland, sold to development company MRN Ltd. The local company, best known for the development of the Holiday Inn near Public Square and its loft-style apartments, purchased the 27,420-square-foot building for $850,000. Ronald Nicklos of Nicklos & Co. represented the owner, Theatrical Grill Inc., in the transaction. The buyer's representative was undisclosed.
