Sean & Gracie Wilson, along with John & Grindle Cooley, purchased the 16,667-square-foot industrial condominium facility located at 10815 Wheatlands Ave. in Santee, CA. Widdes Roofing Inc. sold the single-story building, constructed in 1998, for $1.51 million, or approximately $90 per square foot. Mark Robak of ECP Commercial represented both the buyers and seller.
