Syracuse-based Brandano Displays, moved to a warmer climate, leasing 50,000 square feet at 1300 Northwest 22nd St., also known as Copans Metro Center, in Pompano Beach, FL. Brandano will occupy 45,000 square feet of warehouse space, with an additional 5,000 square feet of office. The company is a leader in the industry of providing holiday decor for cities, malls, and businesses of all kinds. Christopher Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield, along with partners Richard Etner and Sky Groden, represented the landlord and Brandano Displays in the signing of the five-year deal.
