Quakerbridge Venture LLC purchased 788 Shrewsbury Ave. in Tinton Falls, NJ, from PR Reynolds LLC. The purchase price was $7.2 million, approximately $120 per square foot. Built in 1982, 788 Shrewsbury Ave. is a 2-story, 59,912-square-foot office building. The tenant roster includes such tenants as Titan Corp., Tejas Securities, mti, Arc Communications and g2X. Suzanne Macnow of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties in the sale transaction.
