Callanen International, a manufacturer of fashion accessories including Guess Watches, signed a lease to occupy 145 Woodward Ave. in Norwalk, CT. The company plans to move approximately 100 employees from its current space at 165 Water St. in Norwalk to the new space at 145 Woodward by June 2003. Wittek Development bought the 66,000-square-foot industrial building in December 2000 then implemented a $2 million capital improvement program.
