Portion of Neighborhood Shopping Center Sold for $1 Million

Sandra Farrow purchased 15-39 West Main St. in Woodland, CA. A portion of the neighborhood shopping center sold for $1 million, or $123.46 per square foot, with a 7.1 percent cap rate. The one-story retail building is comprised of four suites totaling 8,100 square feet. The property was fully leased at the time of sale. Dennis Vollman of The Vollman Co. in Sacramento represented the buyer. Jim Gray, Shaun Morrow, and Jonathan Hunt of Sacramento Valley Commercial Associates in West Sacramento represented the seller, Lincoln Investors LLC.
