Tenet Health Systems Inc. acquired the Tarzana Garden Plaza located at 18411 Clark St. in Tarzana, CA. The three-story, 37,000-square-foot medical office building was built in 1985. Tenet offers a wide array of medical services, including specialty hospitals, outpatient surgery centers, home health agencies, psychiatric hospitals and long-term care. The seller, SooHoo-Quon Co. LP is actively seeking a 1031 exchange. Total value of the sale was not disclosed. Tenet Health Systems represented itself in the deal, while Jeff Cunningham of Medical Asset Management represented the seller.
