Kaiser Permanente, America's largest not-for-profit health maintenance organization, leased 23,525 square feet of office space in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. The five-year lease was signed at 5855 Copley Drive, within the Copley Corporate Center. Kaiser plans to occupy its portion of the 120,000-square-foot office building sometime in June 2003. Linda Greenberg of Colliers International represented Kaiser in the transaction. Bill Cavanagh and Dave Odmark of BRE Commercial/NAI represented the landlord, Chestnut Properties.
