Clothing Store Moves into 2101 Broadway

North Face leased space at 2101 Broadway, The Ansonia, on Manhattan’s upper west side. The two-level store will occupy approximately 8,000 square feet with a grand staircase connecting the floors. This is the seventh full price retail store nationwide for North Face. Andrew Goldberg Insignia/ESG represented the owner, Ansonia Associates. Jim Downey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. North Face was founded in 1966 offers an extensive line of technologically innovative performance clothing, equipment and footwear.
