Chalone Wine Group Leases 25,800 SF

Chalone Wine Group leased 25,800 square feet of warehouse space in the Napa Airport Centre located at 765 Skyway Court in Napa, CA. The company signed a 5-year deal commencing in February 2003. The company will use the space for storage and distribution. Built in 1999, the single-story industrial building totals 199,500 square feet. The Chalone Wine Group is a Napa-based company specializing in premium red and white varietal wines. It has wineries in California, Washington and France and own and operate such labels as Moon Mountain, Dynamite, Provenance, Jade Mountain, Acacia and Chalone. Glen Dowling and Matt Bracco of Cushman & Wakefield of California represented both the tenant and the lessor, Panattoni Development Corp.
