DDB Seattle Leases 51,179 SF Downtown

Advertising/PR Firm Moves to 2nd Avenue

DDB Seattle, the city's largest advertising and public-relations agency, leased 51,179 square feet of office space in the 1000 Second Ave. building downtown. The Class-A, steel office tower includes 40 floors and 414,000 square feet of rentable area. DDB will occupy space on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors beginning in March. Chris Moe of Insignia Kidder Mathews and Lee Feld of WF Reality LLC represented the new tenant. Theresa Howard was the in-house representative for the landlord, Selig Real Estate Holdings (a.k.a. Martin Selig Real Estate).
