New Owner for Everson Pointe

Edens & Avant Buys Shopping Center for $10 Million

Everson Pointe Shopping Center, 3035 Highway 124, sold to Edens & Avant for $9.3 million, or roughly $112.08 per square foot. The 82,978-square-foot property is 98% leased to a variety of tenants including Krogers Grocery Store and Cotton States Insurance. The three-year-old shopping center is located in Snellville in Gwinnett County, GA. Edens & Avant presently own 28 properties around Atlanta and other key Georgia cities for a total of 1.9 million square feet. Keith Davidson, director of investments for Edens & Avant, represented the firm in the sale transaction. Kip Marshall with BVT Equity Holdings represented the seller, Premicon U.S. Market Fund LP.
