Temple Venture LLC purchased the office building at 2895 Temple Ave. in Signal Hill, CA. The 10,425-square-foot building sold for $1.05 million, more than $100 per square foot. In an expansion move, Temple Venture LLC, d.b.a. Milestone Hospice, is relocating its corporate headquarters from 10166 Artesia Place in Bellflower. Located in an office park environment, the two-story, 22-year-old facility features building sign rights and a high ratio of windows per square foot. Temple Venture LLC represented itself in-house.
