Renzi Clears Downtown Site for Apts.

Developer Planning 34-Story Multifamily Tower

Renzi Developers paid $2.4 million for two adjacent properties located in downtown Miami at 830 SE 1st Avenue and 30 SE 8th Street. The new owner will demolish one building immediately and plans to take down the other one early next year to make way for a 34-story family-apartment building with the first floor retail. Pablo Lagesfeld from Fortune International Realty represented the seller, Millennium Penthouse Inc. Renzi was self represented.
