Local Investors Buy Centre Pointe for $4.15 Million

CORE Works LLC purchased the 66,116-square-foot, two-building center located at 1647-1651 East Morten Ave. in Phoenix. The State of Arizona sold Centre Pointe at auction for $4.15 million, nearly $63 per square foot. The buildings are 100 percent occupied through June by the Arizona Department of Health, the Arizona State Board of Nursing, and the Arizona Department of Insurance, Fraud Division. CORE Works LLC is a partnership between CORE Realty Partners/ONCORE Int'l and Jack London, owner of London Land Co. Center Pointe is the investors' first purchase under this title. Randy Todd, Michael Cavanagh, and Scott Armstrong of Core Realty Partners/ONCOR Int'l represented the buyer in-house.
