Saeid Ghamaty, an individual investor, purchased the 8,100-square-foot office building at 5380-82 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in the Rose Canyon/Morena region of San Diego. The office property is just off Interstate 805 and features a parking ratio of 3.75 cars per 1,000 square feet. The buyer agreed to purchase the property for $1.6 million, approximately $197.53 per square foot. Greg Wagner of Capital Growth Properties represented the buyer.
