16th & Emerson LLC purchased the 8,459-square-foot office mansion located at 1600 Emerson St. in the Capitol Hill area of Denver, CO, for $1.39 million, or about $164 per square foot. The buyer will be an owner-user doing business as Act For Health, a company that specializes in nursing and home-based healthcare. The two-story building was constructed in 1890, and features many examples of craftsmanship from that period, including hardwood wainscoting, moldings, and trim, beveled and stained glass windows, and original fireplace mantels. Larry Donavan and Mary Margaret Crews of TransNet Commercial represented the buyer. Jamie Hallum of Fuller & Co. represented the seller, 1600 Emerson LLC.
