Myers Properties purchased 2851 Old Tree Drive in Lancaster, PA, from High Properties for the amount of $3.995 million, or $40.46 per square foot. This 98,743-square-foot industrial building is situated on 9.5 acres in the East Hempfield Township of Lancaster County. It was originally constructed in 1989 with an addition added in 1995. It offers approximately 16,500 square feet of office space, 21’-23’ clear ceiling heights, heavy power, wet sprinkler system, drive-in and tailgate loading. The single-story building also features numerous skylights and potential expansion area. The buyer will use the entire 98,743 square feet. Jeff Herr with High Associates Ltd. negotiated the sales transaction.
