Sears Tower Retains 75,000 SF Tenant

Trizec Renews Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess

Chicago-based law firm Tressler, Soderstrom, Maloney & Priess signed a 75,000 square foot lease with Trizec Properties to keep its offices in downtown's Sears Tower. The firm renewed its 52,000 square foot space and expanded into an additional 23,000 square feet on the 21st floor for a 15-year term. Howard Priess, a managing partner at the firm, said that the Sears Tower has been the law firm's home for a decade. Priess praised the Sears Tower for its prime location and the security measures that building management has taken.
