$20 Million Lease Signed in L.A.

Conde Nast Publications signed a 10-year, 71,200-square-foot renewal/expansion lease at 6300 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. The tenant will expand approximately 4,331 square feet. Approximate consideration for the deal was valued at $20 million. Conde Nast Publications owns magazines such as Vogue, Glamour, House & Garden, Architectural Digest and Bon Appetit. Renovated in 1992, the 373,000-square-foot building features on-site management and covered parking. Clay Hammerstein and Chris Houge with Insignia/ESG Inc. represented the tenant. Greg May with Transwestern Commercial Services represented the landlord, 6300 Wilshire Associates.
