Cleveland Burger King Saw Whopper Sale

7500 Detroit Ave. Sells for $1.1 Million

The Burger King restaurant building located at 7500 Detroit Ave. in Cleveland sold for $1.1 million with a cap rate of 8.65%. Carrol's Realty One sold the building to John Andruska. The deal, a 1031 exchange, was in the making for weeks. The 3,000-square-foot building is centered on the eastern part of Cleveland in the Cudell/Edgewater area and is located minutes away from Lake Erie. Glen Kunofsky of Marcus & Millichap, NY, represented the seller. Andruska was represented by an undisclosed entity.
