Barclay Group Office Holdings II LLC purchased the Gilbertson Building located at 15974 North 77th St. in Scottsdale, AZ. The 15,000-square-foot office building sold for $2.48 million, more than $165 per square foot. The property is located in the heart of Scottsdale Airpark. Eric Wichterman and Stanton Shafer of Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Fleur De Lis Investments LLC. Jim Watkins and Mark Linsalata of Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction.
